ExamSupportHub provides support for learning, preparation, coursework, and assessments. Students remain responsible for their own submissions and for following the rules set by their school, instructor, certification provider, and proctoring service.
Payments and refunds
Service scope, timing, and fees are confirmed with you before payment. If we are unable to provide an agreed service, you may request a refund for the portion we did not deliver. If work has already started or been partially completed, any refund will take the work completed and the agreed scope into account. Contact us through the Get a Quote page with your order details so we can review the request. Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method where possible.
Our refund commitment concerns delivery of the agreed service. We do not guarantee grades, exam scores, certifications, or other academic outcomes, and an outcome by itself does not qualify for a refund when the agreed service was delivered.
